POKOTABI / Coffee Corner M
コーヒーコーナー M
Located in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture, Coffee Corner M is a relaxed kissaten offering sandwiches made with original bread, curries, teishoku sets, and an extensive coffee and tea menu.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Aromatic sandwiches made with original bread and hearty, satisfying rice plates anchor the day here. Located in Ichikawa 4-chome, Coffee Corner M is a kissaten with a comfortable nostalgic presence, serving a broad spectrum of meals and beverages from morning hours well into the evening.
For a lighter meal, the selection of toast and sandwiches made with in-house bread provides plenty of variety. Alongside the classic ham sandwich, choices include a generously filled vegetable cheese sandwich and a roast beef sandwich, plus warm bread dishes such as cinnamon toast and cheese toast. Those with a larger appetite can choose classic coffeehouse comfort foods: hamburger steak curry or chicken curry served with salad; teishoku meal sets of miso-marinated grilled pork or salted grilled salmon accompanied by miso soup and salad; or a bulgogi rice bowl dressed in a savory Korean-style sauce.
The beverage lineup is equally diverse, featuring house-blend coffee alongside single-origin options like Mocha, Mandheling, Brazil, and Blue Mountain blend. Whipped-cream-topped Einspänner coffee, matcha whisked with a bamboo chasen, and floats featuring matcha or coffee offer treats with the feel of dessert. Paired with straightforward pancakes or a chestnut pastry, it makes an accommodating setting for a quiet solo break.
